Photography is changing,

but skill and creativity are losing out to algorithms and filters.

Who am I?
Someone who is doing something about it.

I'm Andrew Steadman, and I like to take landscapes whenever I can.

Ok. So What?

I am not a professional photographer, but I do understand the passion, creativity, and hard work that goes into a great looking photo. In my spare time, I'm a data geek with a love for photography. I have a Master's degree, and a passion for ones and zeros.

I firmly believe that your next competitor is not so much the photographer down the street, but the algorithm behind the lens.

What are you talking about?

I'm sick of being locked in to bullshit cloud software with a monthly fee. Algorithms are tools, and with the right know-how artists can free themselves of unnecessary expense, time, and boredom. So, I'm taking it upon myself to democratize algorithms, and let the real artists do what they are good at.
